The Little Redhead that Could.
02 December, 2005 * 11:45 am

It's Friday again - I love that. Friday nights are, hands down, my favorite time of the week. You've just finished work, and you've got two whole days off to look forward to. Whether you're out and about living it up or holed up at home underneath a cozy blanket, Friday nights are their own little holiday.

Speaking of the holidays, it's already December 2nd, people. I have GOT to get some shopping done. The only gift I've gotten is my Dad's, and I bought that months ago. Non and I decided not to give each other gifts this year, but we're going to fill each other's stockings and do a small hannukah gift as well. We're hoping to save enough money (and really, take some of the money we're hoping to get back come tax time) and go on a vacation. We haven't been on a real vacation since our honeymoon. I'd love to simply replicate our honeymoon again and go on a cruise to somewhere hot with nothing to do but lay out on the deck, sipping a cold beverage and enjoying the sea breeze. Yes please.

We're no longer dog sitting, and I think our dog was getting tired of sharing our attention. The last couple of days the other dog was here she got more and more lethargic. We thought she might be sick actually, but not even an hour after the other dog had been picked up she was back to her old self again, cute as ever.

All right, 7.5 hours left of my work day til the glorious "Friday Night" is upon me. I think I can, I think I can, I think...
